Yes—these are privately owned residences inside the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Resort & Spa. Whether you book through Marriott or directly with an owner, you enjoy the same resort amenities and access.

Beach access, lagoon pool with waterslide (family-friendly), infinity pool (quieter vibe), on-site dining (including Ona), fitness center, and the full-service spa. Room service/in-residence dining is also available (hours may vary).

Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Early check-in/late check-out may be available—just ask and we’ll do our best.

Yes—on-site parking/valet is available through the resort. Rates are set by the resort and may change; please confirm your total at check-in.

This is a privately owned condo in which daily house keeping is not included. If you’d like to arrange for a mid-stay cleaning we can do so for an additional fee. The fee would be equal to the amount for a standard turnover cleaning, $200. **Subject to change.
